Website Stuff

My hands are feeling better so I'm going to try to pick up where I left off... which was basically working on the pages for Val and Jas next. This IS a bit challenging because they are involved in some major events and I am trying to not give too much plot away (even if I never end up actually posting any of that). Buuut that's okay, I will try my best.
Also been tricky because some of these characters do have conlang names but I've been kinda leaving them out on the website to trrrryyyy to keep it cohesive. Jas (nickname) is the same character as Painted Rivers. Aeon is similarly "Iava" (that's an I there, not an L, it's ee-ah-vah), but I don't think I even mentioned that one at all

Art Projects

Was slowly working on more of the big Curio piece over the weekend. Definitely looking better now but still missing something 🤔 Perhaps the lighting needs to be punched up but at this point I may need to do digital adjustments. I probably should have made this digitally to begin with but I wanted to try to challenge myself.

Video Games

I got caught up on FF14 MSQ. Still working on unlocking all the newer side quests. *minor spoilers ahead* Really liked 7.4 as that's what I prefer for "Final Fantasy Homages", and Mistwake was just a really good dungeon. 7.5 was mixed for me. I also liked the dungeon (and Chort), but I really wasn't into where the story was still going. I know the game has a tendency to WILDLY pivot, and the expansions are kinda their own things, but I'm just really, really hoping the next multi-expansion overarching plot is not seriously Ascians 2 ("winterers") and Rejoining 2. That is boring as fuck.
